almost done with 2008....

Just a few weddings to go and 2008 it almost at and end, its been a very busy year.
I am fortunate enough to get many e-mails and requests from people who want to start out
in wedding photography.
As to my busy work schedule i do try to answer most of the requests, and i have
thought about hosting a seminar at the end of 2009 to cover the basics, if there
is any interest just let me know!
In the coming days please watch out as i will be looking back over 2008 with
some of my favorite images. To the left, just to start, a detail shot from Sinead and Trevor's wedding.

I am a loaner....

Well, not really but in a way i am.
To Be honest i have not been this exited since i first started to use the Internet, and that seem like almost a century ago. I am a true believer in making this world a better place for all to live in, and since i traveled over this globe a bit, i have seen with my own eyes, countries and people who are just keeping there heads above water. When i found http://www.kiva.org/ i was blown away to see how simple it was to support other people around the world, with loans. I have become a devoted micro-credit believer, please check this site out. I will keep you updated with all the latest from Kiva. Eddie

Whats you favourite lens?

One of the most asked questions that I get asked about my gear is, what's your favourite lens? Well I have many, but the lens that's on top of my list is at the moment the Nikon 70-200 2.8 VR. The quality of this lens is just incredible, little or no distortion, good colours, and amazing low-light results. There is just one downside, its pretty heavy, but just as in life you cant have it all.

Still a portrait, just a bit different
